Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings servings

  • 2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 12 ounces baby gold potatoes, halved

  • 12 ounces frozen French green beans

  • 1 pound salmon filet, with skin on

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment.

  2. Whisk steak seasoning, brown sugar, cumin, and coriander together in a large bowl. Set half of seasoning mix aside in a small bowl.

  3. Add potatoes and green beans to the large bowl with seasoning mix. Add olive oil and toss to coat. Spread potatoes and green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Lay salmon, skin side down, over vegetables on the baking sheet. Rub remaining seasoning onto the salmon. Bake until potatoes are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 25 minutes.
