This dreamy mango sorbet is a great dessert to make with fresh ripe mangos to cool off on hot summer days. Hope you enjoy this as much as my family does!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed

  • 1 cup simple syrup

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Place cubed mango in a food processor, and puree. Pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.

  2. Place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
