This homemade blueberry sorbet is very easy to make with frozen blueberries. Super refreshing on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

Directions

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, water, lemon zest, and juice in the bowl of a food processor; process until pureed.

  2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and process for 30 minutes according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour.
