Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 pound ground beef 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup crushed plain potato chips (Optional) Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off the grease. Stir in the green beans and corn, and cook for a few minutes.
