Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup packed brown sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts ½ cup raisins Directions Place potatoes into a large saucepan, and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and brown sugar.
