Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

  • 3 tablespoons parsley

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2 (1 pound) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.

  2. Combine butter, green onion, parsley, eggs, garlic powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Break bread dough into walnut-sized pieces; dip each into egg mixture.

  3. Place 1 layer egg-dipped dough pieces into the prepared pan until bottom covered; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layering and sprinkling until all dough pieces and Parmesan are in the pan. Cover the pan loosely; let rise until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes. 

  4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
