  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Pork Chops:

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 4 (1 1/2 inches thick) pork chops

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey, paprika, and lemon juice for sauce together in a bowl.

  3. Mix panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together on a plate. Place flour on a plate.
