Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided ⅛ cup milk 1 green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon salted butter 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup ¼ cup water 1 cup frozen peas Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
