Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 4 teaspoons breast milk

Directions

  1. Combine avocado and milk in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Cook's Note:

You can use formula instead of breast milk, and if you've already introduced dairy to your baby, you can use cow's milk or goat's milk.
