Ingredients

  • aluminum foil

  • 1 serving nonstick cooking spray

  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®)

  • 4 cups crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®)

  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists

  • 1 ½ cups fish-shaped cheese crackers (such as Goldfish®)

  • 1 ½ cups original flavor crunchy corn kernels (such as CornNuts®)

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Combine rice and corn cereal squares, pretzels, fish-shaped crackers, and corn kernels in a large bowl.

  3. Stir melted butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over the cereal mixture and gently stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread to an even layer.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until crunchy and fragrant, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
