Tajin Grilled Pineapple

Fresh pineapple sprinkled with Tajin is one of my favorite snacks, and I also love grilled pineapple, so I decided to combine the two ideas and the result was delicious! If you like things extra spicy, feel free to use Tajin Habanero.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 fresh pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin)

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  2. Cut top and bottom off pineapple with a sharp knife; cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. Cut off peel; remove core.

  3. Cook pineapple wedges on the preheated grill until grill marks appear, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle chili-lime seasoning on pineapple wedges; serve.
