This no-cook blackberry coulis recipe is super easy, versatile, and sure to become a family favorite. Use it on cheesecake, ice cream, yogurt, and crêpes — the possibilities are endless! Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries, rinsed and drained

  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Blend blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a small food processor until smooth and sugar has dissolved, 15 to 20 seconds. Adjust sugar if desired, and blend again.

  2. Strain mixture using a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
