Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 1 cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup white sugar 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup yellow cornmeal 2 eggs 1 cup milk ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted Directions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together into a bowl; stir in cornmeal. Lightly beat eggs together in another bowl; beat in milk and melted butter.
