Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings 1 ½ cups white sugar 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk, at room temperature ¼ cup melted butter Directions Mix sugar, cornmeal, flour, and salt together in bowl until combined; add eggs. Stir milk and melted butter in a bowl until smooth; stir into the cornmeal mixture until smooth, about 5 minutes. Grease a griddle; place over high heat.
