This oatmeal with jam is a filling, sweet, and healthy breakfast that gives you energy during the day. Make it the night before, and let it chill overnight in the fridge.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (Optional)

Directions

  1. Stir together yogurt, oats, jam, and chia seeds in a jar or container. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

Cook’s Note

You can use any jam, but I prefer strawberry.

You can use flax seeds instead of chia seeds and regular plain yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
