Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • ½ cup quick or old fashioned oats, (such as Quaker Oats), uncooked

  • ½ cup non-fat milk

  • ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (Optional)

  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries and fruit

Directions

  1. Add oats to your container of choice; pour in milk.

  2. Layer in Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and mixed berries and fruit to container.

  3. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight; eat in the morning.
