Ingredients

  • 2 medium beets, scrubbed

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted

  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana, peeled

  • ice cubes

Directions

  1. Juice beets and green apples, including peels, in an electric juicer.

  2. Combine apple-beet juice, avocado, pineapple, banana, and ice in a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.
