An experiment I had that turned out rather delicious. Everyone I know loves it. Makes enough to ice and decorate a sheet cake. Store any unused frosting in an airtight container.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup butter, softened

  • 4 strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar, or as needed

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and strawberries together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until desired consistency is reached.
