Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ (10.5 ounce) can water

  • ½ (10.5 ounce) can milk

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add pork chops; brown over medium-high heat.

  2. Flip chops; add onions. Layer sliced potatoes on top of chops; sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  3. Combine soup, water, and milk in a large glass measuring cup; pour into skillet. Add more water or milk to cover potatoes.

  4. Cover skillet; cook until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
