Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops

  • 1 (26.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup diced onions

  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (Optional)

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Pat pork chops dry and place into a slow cooker. Add mushroom soup, onions, sliced mushrooms, and garlic powder.

  2. Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours, until pork chops are cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
