A wonderful and easy salad dressing that is a family favorite. My brother-in-law's mom made this for them when they were growing up.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika

Directions

  1. Combine apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a bottle; seal and shake until well-mixed.

Cook's Note:

Substitute canola oil for the vegetable oil if preferred.

I use an old Good Seasons(R) dressing bottle and it works best.
