Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • cup packed brown sugar

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

  2. Whisk eggs, oil, and brown sugar together in a bowl until brown sugar is dissolved. Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl; stir into egg mixture just until moistened. Spoon the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
