This grape salad recipe is a wonderful dessert salad that never fails to be a hit. Made the day before, the brown sugar makes the sauce taste like caramel. You can use less brown sugar, if you wish.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 4 pounds seedless green grapes

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 ounces chopped pecans

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  1. Wash and dry grapes.

  2. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated.

  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.
