Something went wrong. Our team is working on it. Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings ½ cup mayonnaise ⅓ cup white sugar ¼ cup milk 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar 2 teaspoons sour cream ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste 1 pound cabbage, cut into wedges 2 carrots ¼ small onion, chopped, or to taste Directions Stir mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, sour cream, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl. Shred cabbage, carrots, and onion in a food processor with grater attachment; place vegetables in a large bowl and stir to combine. Stir mayonnaise mixture into cabbage mixture; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Stir coleslaw before serving. Cook's Notes: For more zip, substitute apple cider vinegar for white vinegar. I use 2/3 green cabbage and 1/3 red cabbage.
