Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings ¾ cup milk 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix ¼ cup vodka ½ cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua) 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed Directions Beat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl using an electric mixer until pudding is thickened. Stir vodka and coffee-flavored liqueur into pudding; fold in whipped topping. Pipe or spoon pudding mixture into shot glasses. Freeze until ready to serve. Cook’s Note I love making pudding shots in miniature ice cream cones to take to cookouts. I fill a disposable pan one-quarter full of rice and place my miniature cones into the rice. This way, the rice supports the cones so they won't tip over while transporting. Then I take a plastic storage bag, roll it down about halfway, fill it with my pudding mixture, roll it back up, squeeze the pudding to one corner, and cut the corner off.
