Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 7 ounces macaroni ¼ cup butter 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
