Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 small green bell pepper, chopped 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®) 2 (15 ounce) cans ranch-style beans 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes ¼ cup chili powder 1 cup corn chips (such as Fritos®), or to taste ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste Directions Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
