Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings Meatloaf: 1 pound ground beef ½ cup bread crumbs ½ cup chopped green and red bell pepper 1 small onion, diced 1 egg ⅓ cup ketchup ¼ cup pineapple preserves ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Sauce: ⅓ cup ketchup ¼ cup pineapple preserves ¼ cup brown sugar Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
