Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup canned diced jalapeño peppers

  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. Combine peaches, ketchup, vinegar, jalapeño peppers, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, liquid smoke, onion powder, mustard powder, and black pepper in a blender. Add garlic and blend until smooth.
