Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 8 slices sourdough bread 2 tablespoons honey mustard ½ pound sliced deli ham 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten ¼ cup milk ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon butter Directions Spread one side of 4 bread slices with mustard.
