Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 large heads broccoli, cut into florets 1 cup dried cranberries ½ small red onion, chopped ½ cup chopped celery 1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup white sugar ¼ cup rice vinegar ⅓ cup cashews Directions Mix broccoli, cranberries, onion, and celery in a large bowl.
