Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt 3 large eggs ¾ cup softened butter 1 ¼ cups white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups chopped mango ½ cup shredded coconut ¼ cup chopped walnuts Directions Grease and flour two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
