Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • ½ cup butter, room temperature

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, with juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Beat sugar and butter together in a 1-quart baking dish. Mix in flour and milk until smooth. Pour peaches and juice over top.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
