Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 cup buckwheat flour ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon salt ¾ cup vanilla-flavored almond milk 6 tablespoons butter, melted 1 (28 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish. Combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl; mix in almond milk and butter. Pour flour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
