Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings cooking spray 2 pounds ground ham 1 ½ pounds ground pork 1 cup dried bread crumbs 1 cup evaporated milk 2 large eggs ⅛ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper Glaze: 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon mustard powder Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
