Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 pound ground chicken 1 cup dry bread crumbs ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese 1 extra large egg ¼ cup onion, chopped (Optional) ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted Directions Mix together the chicken, bread crumbs, blue cheese, egg, onion, and wing sauce in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
