Submitted by Christy Wandling Van Scoyoc Published on June 8, 2018 Save Rate Print Share Close Add Photo Prep Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 35 mins Servings: 12 Yield: 12 small sliders Jump to Nutrition Facts Cook Mode (Keep screen awake) Ingredients 1 pound ground chicken 1 pound ground pork 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed salt and ground black pepper to taste 12 slider-sized burger buns Spicy Ranch Dressing: ½ cup ranch dressing ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons spicy salsa Directions Combine chicken, pork, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well and form into 12 small patties. Place on a platter and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Place patties on the grill and cook, covered, until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Do not press down. Place patties inside slider buns. Mix ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and salsa together to make spicy ranch dressing. Serve alongside sliders.
