This cucumber sauce is easy to make and full of fresh flavor. You don't need any fancy ingredients to make it, just sour cream, garlic, mustard, and some fresh dill. You can serve it after just one hour in the refrigerator, but overnight is recommended.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • cup peeled and grated cucumber

  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic

  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh dill

  • ¼ teaspoon prepared mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Stir sour cream, cucumber, garlic, dill, mustard, and garlic powder together in a bowl until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving, or overnight for best results.
