Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 4 eggs 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese ½ cup crumbled feta cheese ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese ½ cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped tomato 1 (4 ounce) can canned chopped green chiles, drained 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon paprika ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
