Original recipe (1X) yields 30 servings ½ cup butter ½ cup packed brown sugar ½ cup white sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal 1 cup rolled oats 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla.
