  • ½ cup ice

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (Optional)

  • 2 cups vanilla flavored whey protein powder

Directions

  1. Place ice, avocado, maple syrup, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla powder into a blender. Puree until smooth.
