After much experimentation I finally got this berry delicious smoothie recipe right. Frozen berries, strawberry yogurt, and a whole banana are puréed in a blender for a delicious, drinkable treat.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 cup strawberry-flavored yogurt

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ teaspoon white sugar (Optional)

Directions

  1. Place mixed berries, banana, strawberry yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve.
