Original recipe (1X) yields 15 servings servings cooking spray 1/2 cup salted butter 8 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 8 cups Lucky Charms™ Cereal Directions Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Stir in marshmallows; stir constantly until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in Lucky Charms Cereal, coating cereal with marshmallow mixture. Pour into the prepared 9x13 pan. Press gently into the pan in an even layer. Allow to cool completely, 20 minutes to an hour, before cutting into squares. Cook's Notes: Salted butter helps cut the sweetness of the bars. Spraying cooking spray on your hands is helpful to press the bars into the pan.
