Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • crushed ice

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red apple

  • 1 ounce amaro Nonino (or apple brandy)

  • 1/2 ounce Honey-Chamomile Syrup (See Note)

  • 4 ounces chilled prosecco

  • 1 ounce sparkling water

Directions

  1. Fill a champagne flute half full with crushed ice and apple. Add amaro Nonino and Honey-Chamomile Syrup; stir. Top with prosecco and sparkling water.

    Honey-Chamomile Syrup

    Steep 2 chamomile tea bags in 1/3 cup boiling water 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in 2 Tbsp. honey until dissolved. Transfer to a canning jar. Chill, covered, 1 hour (or up to 1 month). Makes about 1/3 cup.
