Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup labneh

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, plus leaves for garnish

  • 2 tablespoons za'atar spice

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 English cucumbers, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions
