He is an avid reader of food media and a dedicated cook. During his time in culinary school and in restaurants, he has much experience testing and developing recipes. Experience Craig Ruff was originally exposed to professional food service while working for an event center at the business school he was attending. There he was responsible for maintaining the kitchen for caterers. He has been a lifelong cook, and followed his passion through culinary school and to restaurants. Craig still has a great desire to learn more, and is always looking to expand his knowledge on food and cooking. Education Craig attended Mississippi State University and studied Business Administration. Later, he attended culinary school at The Mississippi University For Women and focused on food journalism.
