Dotdash Meredith Food Studios Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Place ground turkey, feta, breadcrumbs, olive oil, red onion, mint, oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, lemon zest, crushed red pepper, and egg in a large bowl; stir gently until well combined. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, shape mixture into 24 (1-ounce) meatballs; arrange in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Generously spray meatballs with cooking spray. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios Broil in the preheated oven until meatballs are golden brown on top, and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest portion of meatballs registers 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 8 to 10 minutes. Rotate baking sheet from front to back halfway through cooking time. Garnish with oregano leaves, and serve with lemon wedges.
