This was very good and versatile - adapting to whatever is available in the pantry. I had no tomato sauce but had some marinara sauce, which I used. I added some cut up cherry tomatoes and bell pepper from my garden. This makes a fair bit. I was only serving two of us and cut everything by a third and still had quite a bit leftover, which we'll have it for lunch tomorrow. I'll be making this dish again, and soon. Thank you for the post.

Excellent reminds me of my childhood replace white sugar with turbino sugar and regular cow's milk with goat's milk awesome
