To me the flavor of the cranberry sauce was lost. I added some dried cranberries at the suggestion of another reviewer - the flavor from those came through nicely. Next time, if I make these again, I'll use cranberry sauce with whole berries - I think/hope the flavor will come through better.

Needs more flavor. If I make it again, ncrieasing the paprika slightly, adding a little white wine, and decreasing the lemon juice slightly would be preferable for our taste.

This was very good and versatile - adapting to whatever is available in the pantry. I had no tomato sauce but had some marinara sauce, which I used. I added some cut up cherry tomatoes and bell pepper from my garden. This makes a fair bit. I was only serving two of us and cut everything by a third and still had quite a bit leftover, which we'll have it for lunch tomorrow. I'll be making this dish again, and soon. Thank you for the post.

Is it me or is there somehting missing in the instructions? When do you add the beans, or are they to be served cold?

Good fried rice recipe. I'll be using this recipe again. Simple, straight forward. Even after adding the egg after the rice it was still good. Thanks for the post.
