The chili was pretty thick for my taste so I added roughly two cups (or to your likeness) of low sodium low-sodium beef broth. Instead of chili pepper I deveined and deseeded one jalapeño pepper. I'm not a spicy person and found with my minor adjustments and even after adding the additional beef broth without adjusting the seasonings it had a perfect spice level; just minor bite of spice. Very very delicious and will make this several more times in the future. Thanks for sharing!! Helpful (0) Maple Glazed Turkey Roast 07/11/2015 I made this last night and it was so juicy and amazing! I followed the recipe the exact same way and served with a side of roasted potatoes and brussels. The roast was done and they needed a little longer, so I removed the roast from the pan and tossed the veggies the drippings. Amazing! Helpful (1) Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup 02/09/2015 I think this recipe is great! I of course tweaked it a bit. I added I can of corn, one can of black beans, the juice of about 1 lime, and about one tablespoon tapatio. When finished I topped with shredded Mexican cheese, a dallop of sour cream, fresh sliced avocado and crushed tortilla chips on top. Its delicious and I'll definitely make it again! Helpful (1) Campbell's Tater Tot Casserole 02/08/2015 I used this recipe as more of a guideline as I rarely follow them exact. I sauted 3\4 of a yellow onion, minced four garlic, and browned 1lb leaned ground turkey meat because I don't eat beef. I drained the onion, garlic and meat mixture added a package of frozen vegetables medley, Worcestershire, melted about a handful of shredded kraft Mexican cheese with a hint of Philadelphia, and two cans of cream of mushroom soup so it wasnt so dry. I poured the mixture in a glass pan and spring a light layer of Mexican cheese on top and put gator tots over the entire thing! Then I seasoned that with Season All and pepper, baked for about 30 minutes and served with Texas toast. Yum yum! I'll make it again! I would recommend cutting in half as I had a party of 8-10 and had plenty of leftovers. I also made the night before and let the sauce set and thicken, pored of the next day and mixed well. I felt it wasn't too thick as other reviewers did. I would make again if requested.
